Some weeks or it may have passed a month that the honorable Delhi High Court amended the section 377, giving freedom to the gay and lesbian couples to do whatever they like on the road, bed and everywhere they like! Man when I first read it in the web I was like “what the… u know the word or u can put any, reader’s discretion. That too in India, where the culture brigade is actively wiping out the westerner’s idea and cleaning pubs! Trying to raise a morally correct generation! Recently, I found some holes by the road side. Maybe these guys hiding inside or God knows where they have vanished, which makes me think again has the divine given them special powers to vanish whenever they want and reappear when they feel Bharath ke nari is going out of control!!! The one that makes my head burn is when I think “what do these people get?” Just imagine you are traveling on a crowded, steamy public transport bus and then a man comes with hot rod and keeps by your side! Some days before, I came to know from my friend that these people (gay activists) had been fighting for this amendment for almost 10 years. Phew!!! Man if they had something to help the nation grow at least people would have remembered them for their good work. And our grand moms and grandpas’ would have blessed them! Recently, I was on a tour with my childhood friend, we have been friends for more than 16 years. So when we were on the tour, by the way we made it after this glorious and historic amendment, so wherever we went we could see the eyes prying “why are they here” and those grins hiding some voluptuousness inside. Man I felt that freedom being taken away from me. Today if I want to hug my friend, I have to see who are watching me. The freedom that I enjoyed with my friend(s) is gone? I don’t want to be branded as a queer! I don’t find this word fashionable or something that can be tagged along with my name. This day when a group of society is firing crackers and lighting lamps for the freedom that they received, there is a group whose freedom is dragged behind the bars.
God wants us to walk in absolute freedom! Freedom that is available in every perspective! Why can’t we have natural affection and love towards something? Why do we go for something unnatural and disgusting? And I believe that everything that is unnatural is bondage, there will be time when we will regret it and when we realize it time might have slipped out from us. First time a person took a drug, he said this is absolute freedom and after years of consumption he can’t even raise his mouth to say “I was wrong” if this is the case with drugs, what more can it be with homosexuality! If you don’t believe me just google this word, “testimonies of homosexuals”. You will find thousands of people who have come out of it. Today, if you feel you want to come out of it I would like you to accept a person who can change your life upside down. A simple prayer is enough to invite this glorious person into your life. His name is Jesus, he loves you and accepts you as the way you are now! And believe me he will change you!
